Ascot Care Raising Money For Mission Christmas Cash For Kids
Ascot care have once again teamed up with Durham University Rugby Club to help with “Mission Christmas”.
The mission is simple, to provide sick and underprivileged children in our communities a better and happier Christmas.
1 IN 3 CHILDREN ARE LIVING IN POVERTY and Cash for Kids mission Christmas make sure they have presents to open on Christmas morning.
Durham university will raise funds at their next home game held at Durham City Rugby Club, kick off is 1700 on Wednesday 11th December.
Ascot care are committed to matching any funds raised, in addition the head office team will source, buy and deliver all toys to the metro radio drop off point in Newcastle, where they will be further collected and delivered to children all across the region on Christmas morning.
Lianne Ohara from Ascot head office commented “Ascot Care are committed to helping the most vulnerable people in our communities, we are motivated to help Cash for Kids make a difference again this Christmas.
We're asking as many people as possible to attend Durham universities rugby match on Wednesday the 11th December, and to donate as much or as little as they can, to the bucket collectors that will be present on the night”.
