A BIG Thank you to our committed staff

At Ascot Care our care assistants , nurses and administration team strive to make every resident feel happy, comfortable and safe, reassuring them that our home is their home. Sadly a short time ago, one of our residents from Springfield Lodge passed away. The flowers are a gift from the resident’s daughter to show her appreciation to the staff for all their hard work, the message reads “To all the staff, Thank you for caring and for all the kindness you showed to my dad and me”. Receiving such generous gifts and kind words from family members means so much to us at Ascot Care, giving us the knowledge we have helped in every way we possibly could. Our deepest sympathies are with the families of those passed..
