West Rainton School listed as a finalist

Exciting news has come for an organisation close to Springfield Lodge’s heart.

West Rainton School have been actively involved in the community and especially with Springfield Lodge in supporting them with events, activities and more.

The interaction between children and our residents has proven to be a great boost to both of their wellbeings.

Following West Rainton’s School support, we are proud to announce they have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Dementia Friendly Community of the Year Award held by the Alzheimer’s Society.

They have been shortlisted from over 60 youth organisations, to the final three who will attend the ceremony. We have our fingers crossed that all their support, hard work and dedication to this worthy cause will be rewarded.
