Armed Forces Day Saturday 29th June

Armed Forces Day will be Saturday 29th June. Ascot care will be supporting the day by having events at some of our care homes where everyone is welcome.

Armed Forces Day is a way of showing your support to all the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community, from serving troops to service families, veterans and cadets. There are many ways to show your support, and activities are happening all over the country. There are many events you can visit, put on your own event or follow what is happening by joining the online group by following the link attached.

Celebrations of Armed Forces Day begin on Monday 24th June when the Armed Forces flag will be raised on buildings and famous landmarks across the country. Knowing the country is supportive and behind them all the way gives everyone involved with the armed services a terrific moral boost.

Ascot Care are supportive of many charities and have always been in Support of Armed Forces Day along with regular charity work and organised events we put on for Hire a Hero Foundation and are Silver Award holders of The Armed Forces Covenant.
