The Lawns in Monkseaton recently received this letter thanking them for all their hard work, professionalism and their caring nature, the fabulous food and wonderful entertainment. Our staff strive to make the lives of our residents the best and most comfortable they possibly can be. Receiving this letter makes our staff feel proud they are carrying out meaningful work and makes them feel valued. Knowing family members have peace of mind that their loved ones are being cared for in the best possible way and for them to know their family members are having a nice and fun time is what we aim to achieve.
