Painting Fun At Westoe Grange

This week at Westoe Grange Care Home in South Shields, residents have been taking part in some art therapy sessions, where they have enjoyed doing some painting.

These sessions help to reduce stress for our residents, encourages creative thinking, boosts self-esteem, and provides a sense of accomplishment once they complete the artwork.
