Huge Thank You and Congratulations to Sue Roberts for her 20 years’ service

Home care manager Julie Tomlins paid tribute to senior carer Sue Roberts, who she has been working with for the last 20 years.

It's an amazing achievement, and Sue is the second carer to reach 20 years’ service in recent times. 

“I started in 1999 and Sue joined not long after me on 2001, initially as a care assistant and then a senior, most recently Sue has completed her medication champion training “I’m very proud of our carers and the exceptional work they do for our clients every day”

We wanted to say thank you to Sue from all of us in the company but also the countless clients she has cared for over the years. 

As part of our rewards and recognition scheme for our care teams we surprised Sue with some flowers and gifts as well as a thank you card, a small token of our appreciation to identify and celebrate these service milestones.

Julie continued “being a carer is such a rewarding job, because you are having a positive impact and helping people every single day, it’s obviously been tough in recent times but equally very rewarding to know we can make a real difference to people’s lives.”
