“Their care teams have been a credit to them and I know they are determined to continue to strive for the highest level of care provision possible”.

Manger Joanne Nicholson added “I have worked for Ascot Care for 16 Years,  I was really pleased that my ability and skills were recognised and that I got the opportunity to progress, but I’d like to say a massive thank you to my staff team for helping us get to where we are now, It could not of been done their without their hard work and support”

Director Gareth Nesbit further added “both Joeanne and Kara stepped up to their mangers role from a deputy position they have been working tirelessly to ensure their care homes offer the highest possible standard of care, and I’m delighted to see them make a success of it, from a company perspective it’s great to see we can promote from within, and can assist the right people to progress their careers in care”
